S2i2 Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise Windows Administration Support Services team. You will lead daily operations, secure Windows environments across multiple sites, and drive process improvements within the Defense Logistics Agency's IT infrastructure.

The role requires a decade of IT experience, hands-on Windows administration, and DoD certification readiness. You will mentor a team of admins, implement PowerShell automation, manage AD/GP, and ensure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience in information processing.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stability, security, and performance of Windows systems and network connections.
• Plan, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network software and links.
• Organize information management systems, resolve end-user issues, and analyze capacity/performance with recommendations.
• Drive automation and training to improve team efficiency; support operational systems across multiple sites.
• Mentor system administrators and optimize resources.
• Lead vulnerability management with application networking, load balancing, and fault tolerance.
• Oversee Windows Server administration across NIPR and SIPR, on-premises and cloud.
• Patching, STIG/ACAS remediation, AD/GP management, performance monitoring, PowerShell automation.
