Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or ITIL certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in information technology or systems administration.
• U.S. citizens with the ability to pass a federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server 2019/2022 environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, security patches and maintenance.
• Monitor backups and storage; troubleshoot alerts and ensure recoverability.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation with Tenable/Nessus; coordinate with EITS.
• Support incident response, triage issues and document remediation actions.
• Support infrastructure initiatives and security evidence preparation.
• Assist in security hygiene through service account review and password rotation.
• Contribute to CMEI program office documentation and Records Management.
