Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Windows Administration in production environments.
• 7–10 years of Server Administration experience as per posting.
• Experience with customer-facing support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Troubleshooting on Windows Performance issues in production environments.
• Troubleshoot complex On-Premises or Cloud-based (Azure/VMware) issues.
• Handle high-volume, complex cases during night shifts.
• Research complex cases using internal KBs and publish fixes for customers.
• Maintain ticket hygiene and ensure quality resolutions.
