Dynamic Integrated Services seeks a Senior Application Packager to join our enterprise Windows packaging team in a large federal environment. You will own the full lifecycle of packaging from requirements gathering through build, test, and deployment, delivering production-ready packages at scale.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on application packaging experience.
• Experience with Flexera AdminStudio and InstallShield.
• Proficiency with ProcMon, MSI logs and Windows Event Logs.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Installer internals.
• PowerShell and CMD scripting essential.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build silent installation packages in MSI, MST, and MSIX formats and validate them through initial installation testing on Windows 11.
• Engage directly with internal customers to gather packaging requirements and translate them into technical documentation and solutions that scale to a large enterprise environment.
• Perform complete end-to-end packaging activities - source validation, build, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues using ProcMon, MSI verbose logging, and Windows Event Logs; identify root cause and implement corrective action quickly.
• Query and modify Windows Registry as part of packaging and deployment workflows.
• Participate in peer review of packages to ensure quality and consistency with project standards.
• Ensure all prerequisites, dependencies, and organizational packaging/deployment standards are accounted for in every solution delivered.
