Job summary

Chenega Professional & Technical Services is seeking an expert level Windows Administrator IV to perform enterprise identity and Active Directory migration to Entra ID and domain consolidation for a Federal Government customer.

The candidate will lead AD to Entra ID migrations, configure Entra ID synchronization, deploy automation pipelines, and provide Tier 3 O&M support. This 100% remote role requires strong collaboration and security clearance readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in technology or related field.
~15 years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Windows system environments.
Expertise with Active Directory, AD-Federation Services, Azure AD and Entra ID.
Kerberos/SSO.
PowerShell automation.
Large Enterprise experience.
Strict Change Control.

Responsibilities

Perform enterprise directory services and migration planning with PM and stakeholders.
Execute AD to Entra ID migrations and identity management.
Configure Entra ID synchronization and validate directory health.
Deploy automation pipelines and pilot migrations before full cutover.
Provide Tier 3 escalation for permissions, ACL remediation, and Kerberos/SSO issues.
Perform PowerShell automation for bulk updates and monitoring.
Document runbooks for Tier 1/2 support and disaster recovery testing.
