Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology field required.
- 15 years designing, configuring, and supporting Windows environments.
- Expertise with Active Directory, AD Federated Services, Azure AD and Entra ID.
- Experience with Kerberos/SSO and PowerShell automation.
- Large enterprise experience and strict Change Control.
Responsibilities
- Perform enterprise AD to Entra ID migration and consolidation.
- Configure Entra ID (Azure AD) sync and directory health validation.
- Deploy automation pipelines and pilot migrations.
- Conduct nightly batches with validation and cutover execution.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation for permissions, ACL remediation, and SSO issues.
- Develop PowerShell automation for bulk updates and monitoring.
- Prepare runbooks for Tier 1/2 support.
- OSS/O&M duties: monitoring, patching, backups, DR testing.
