Responsibilities include planning migrations, configuring Entra ID, automating with PowerShell, and delivering next-day support post-cutover while maintaining O&M for Windows-based services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field.
• 15 years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Windows system environments.
• Expertise with Active Directory, AD Federated Services, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Kerberos/SSO.
• PowerShell automation.
• Large Enterprise experience.
• Strict Change Control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute AD/Entra ID migrations and consolidation.
• Configure Entra ID synchronization and monitor directory health.
• Deploy automation pipelines and pilot migrations (~200 users).
• Conduct nightly batches and perform cutovers with next-day support.
• Develop runbooks for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for permissions/ACL issues and workstation joins.
• Oversee O&M including patching, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
