Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent required
• Extensive experience managing Windows Server environments, including administration, troubleshooting, security, and network configuration
• MCSA or MCSE in Windows Server preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations, ongoing and new IT initiatives and upgrades in production, development, and disaster recovery environments
• Design and support automation efforts using PowerShell to improve efficiencies
• Resolve and close assigned cases and change requests; act as escalation for issues
• Apply new solutions through research and collaboration; implement required software solutions for the business
