Job summary

System One is seeking an IT Engineer to lead a hybrid contract role in Merrifield, VA. You will drive modernization from Citrix VDI to Windows 365 Cloud PCs and IoT endpoints, focusing on provisioning, image strategy, and lifecycle management.

You will automate with PowerShell and Graph APIs, manage Intune configurations, and implement Zero Trust security baselines. Strong collaboration with architecture and security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Intune administration and engineering.
• Strong experience designing and managing Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting.
• Knowledge of endpoint security controls and Defender technologies.
• Familiar with Conditional Access and Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Support transition from Citrix VDI to Windows 365 Cloud PCs and IoT endpoints.
• Design, build, and maintain Windows 365 Cloud PC environments and provisioning standards.
• Develop Cloud PC image strategy and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams on future-state Cloud PC capabilities.
• Engineer and maintain Intune profiles, policies, and security baselines.
• Lead troubleshooting for endpoint management platforms and automate tasks.
• Create self-service capabilities and reporting for operational visibility.
• Partner with Microsoft and vendors to drive stability, security, and automation.
