Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering, network administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience with firewalls and networking equipment (SonicWall, HP, Meraki, WatchGuard).
• Solid knowledge of VLANs, ACLs, switching, and network security best practices.
• Familiarity with AI enablement tools/technologies, or willingness to develop expertise in this area.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and infrastructure design.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations throughout a project.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from planning to completion, including migrations and upgrades.
• Lead hands-on project delivery rather than delegating from afar.
• Manage weekly on-site client visits as primary technical contact.
• Perform on-site installations and configuration work for project delivery.
• Provide L3 escalation support for complex technical issues beyond L1/L2 scope.
