Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Digital Technology team in Houston, TX. This hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 remote) provides Level 1–2 support to employees across offices, remote locations, and project sites.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365, manage devices with Intune, handle onboarding/offboarding, and maintain accurate ticketing and inventory records while upholding security and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Familiarity with device enrollment and mobile device management.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support via service platform, phone, Teams, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
• Own incidents through resolution; escalate when needed to vendors or MSPs.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and service-level objectives.
• Deploy and support end-user equipment and peripherals; manage device enrollment with Intune.
