Position Overview

Prestigious Financial Company is seeking a Senior Windows Systems Engineer with DevOps experience. The candidate will administer and enhance Windows server infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud.

Responsibilities

1. Provide advanced Windows system administration, operational support, and problem resolution for Windows Server 2016 and 2019 environments.
2. Support cloud environments for Windows AMIs, including automation and patching.
3. Automate processes to reduce manual support and support vulnerability remediation.
4. Support change management, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
5. Perform other duties as assigned, including on-call and weekend work.

Qualifications

1. Deep knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019 administration.
2. Experience with PowerShell scripting, VMware, NAS, SAN, networking, and Active Directory.
3. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture, terraform, and infrastructure as code.
4. Experience with build automation, software deployment (e.g., SCCM), and vulnerability remediation.
5. Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
