Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience with Public Cloud design and implementation. You will be working in a dynamic environment and encouraged to come up with innovative solutions to technical problems, analyze and prioritize problems, putting users at the heart of every decision. You should have proven experience in GCP, AWS, or Azure deployments. Your engagements will involve working directly with customers and prospects. You should be confident in your skills (and limitations), remain calm under pressure, and be ready to mentor less experienced team members. Work Locations:

USA 100% Remote, including provinces: Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and complete key tasks and deliverables, collaborating with others to define and implement solutions based on stakeholders’ needs.
2. Deliver solutions that address new levels of complexity, scale, performance, and enable breakthrough innovations. Create and apply frameworks, methods, best practices, and artifacts that provide prescriptive guidance to customers, and present them in forums and media platforms.
3. Possess technical depth and hands-on experience with practices and tools in the DevOps toolchain.
4. Design and code modules for infrastructure, applications, and processes.
5. Design, build, and maintain cloud-based applications using Kubernetes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Public Cloud
• Experience managing Multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters with 75+ nodes on EKS, AKS, or GKE
• Expert knowledge of primary cloud services (Compute Engine, Load Balancing, Cloud Storage)
• Experience automating cloud-native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure
• Expert-level experience with infrastructure as code, utilizing Terraform
• Experience developing cloud-native CI/CD workflows and tools
• Proven ability to lead projects and small teams to successful completion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in automating cloud-native technologies using Bash, Java, Python, or Go
• Experience with automated build scripts for release management
• Knowledge of OTel, Datadog, New Relic, and Synthetic Testing
• Understanding IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, firewalls
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
• Experience with multi-cloud architecture and deployment
