Yoh Services LLC in Jersey City is seeking a Level 2/3 Desktop Support Engineer to support a rapidly growing user base. This hybrid role focuses on Windows 11 desktops, Citrix VDI, Intune, and M365.

The candidate will be the primary point of contact for endpoint issues, performing deployments, onboarding/offboarding users, and escalating infrastructure concerns as required. This 3-month contract-to-hire position offers competitive pay and benefits through Yoh and client programs.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft Intune including device deployment and autopilot workflows.
• Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Administration and support of Microsoft 365/Exchange Online.
• Level 2/3 desktop troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Experience deploying and provisioning endpoint devices.
• Ability to identify issues that require escalation to infrastructure teams.

• Serve as the primary contact for endpoint issues, troubleshoot problems, deploy devices, onboard/offboard users.
• Escalate infrastructure-related issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

Title:: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)

Terms - 3 Months Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: $50/hr-$55/hr

Salary: $95K-$120K base+ 10% Bonus

The team is looking to add a Level 2/Level 3 Desktop Support Engineer to support a rapidly growing user base that has more than doubled over the past year.

The role is heavily focused on supporting Windows 11 laptops, Citrix-hosted VDI, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365.

The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for endpoint issues, troubleshoot problems, perform deployments, onboard and offboard users, and escalation infrastructure issues to specialized teams when necessary.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong experience supportingWindows 11desktops and laptops.
• Hands-on administration and support ofMicrosoft Intune(device deployment, Autopilot, endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding).
• Experience supportingCitrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Microsoft 365/Exchange Online administration and support.
• Level 2/Level 3 desktop troubleshooting experience.
• Experience deploying and provisioning endpoint devices.
• Ability to recognize when issues require escalation to infrastructure teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Intune engineering and application deployment experience.
• PowerShell scripting (preferred, not required).
• Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO).
• Experience supporting developer workstations and development tools.
• Mobile device management for iPhones, iPads, and Android devices through Intune.
• Experience migrating on-premises VDI environments to cloud-based solutions (future initiative).
• Familiarity with endpoint security platforms (vendor experience is transferable).
