Qualifications
3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar).
Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
Proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers.
User-centric mindset focused on building intuitive experiences.
Responsibilities
