Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a skilled Windows Application Developer to lead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Windows desktop application development experience, focusing on accessibility and user-centric design. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape technical direction. The salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $200,000 USD per year, plus bonuses and stock options based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed code and native code.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring others, and making architecture-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications.
• Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development.
• Collaborate with product designers and other stakeholders to shape feature planning.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle of features from conception to maintenance.
