Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows technologies.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture and interop between managed and native code.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop applications.
• Define and enforce best practices for code architecture and performance.
• Drive accessibility efforts integrating support for accessibility APIs.
• Collaborate with product designers and stakeholders on UI/UX planning.
• Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs.
