Qualifications
3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and ideally C++.
Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
Proven track record of designing and shipping desktop applications.
Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications.
Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development.
Drive accessibility efforts and validate support for accessibility APIs.
Collaborate with product designers and UX researchers for feature planning.
Take ownership of the full lifecycle of features.
