Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Microsoft Systems & Cloud Engineer to manage and modernize a hybrid Microsoft infrastructure. This hands-on role focuses on supporting on-premises Windows environments, managing Hyper‑V virtualization, and migrating legacy infrastructure and services to Microsoft Azure.

Candidates should have strong Windows Server administration, Hyper-V expertise, and Azure experience, plus familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows Server administration and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience managing Hyper-V hosts, virtual machines, and clusters.
• Experience supporting physical, on-premises server infrastructure.
• Strong Microsoft Azure infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments.
• Hands-on experience migrating on-premises workloads to Azure.
• Experience with server patching, maintenance, and complex infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently manage infrastructure projects and provide senior-level technical support.
