Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of system administration or IT support experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Azure Fundamentals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows-based servers and AD, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.
• Assist in managing Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Monitor, patch, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2 requirements.
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes.
