Job summary

Prada Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Windows, Displays, and Pop-Ups to lead rollout across the US and Canada. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality executions, while maintaining brand integrity and collaboration with New York-area operations.

The role requires strong vendor management, CAD/Shop drawing proficiency, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of vendor management experience in visual experience and/or store planning in the retail industry
• Familiarity with CAD, SketchUp, or equivalent design software
• Must know how to read architectural and shop drawings
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in retail or visual merchandising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed for project installations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute window, pop-up, and specialty display programs and installations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Coordinate with HQ Design teams to translate concepts into technical specs
• Foster collaboration across Operations, Visual Merchandising, Retail, and Logistics
