Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Lifecycle Developer to design, develop, and support Windchill PLM customizations, integrations, and enhancements.

You will work with PLM consultants and engineering stakeholders to translate manufacturing and product‑lifecycle requirements into well‑engineered Windchill solutions, applying your Windchill Java customization and data model knowledge to deliver production‑ready results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PTC Windchill development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with the Windchill Java API.
• Solid experience with workflows, lifecycle templates, and object initialization rules.
• Working knowledge of Info*Engine and Windchill integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with JSP/HTML client customization.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with the Windchill data model.
• Experience with Windchill upgrades and migrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Windchill PLM customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with PLM consultants and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into Windchill solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code and design reviews.
