Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is hiring a PTC Windchill Developer for full-time remote work in the United States. The role requires 7+ years of Windchill development experience and strong Java API expertise to design, develop, and support Windchill customizations and integrations.

You will collaborate with PLM consultants and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Windchill solutions, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring robust production deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of Windchill development experience.
• Strong hands-on Windchill Java API experience.
• Experience with workflows, lifecycle templates, and object initialization rules.
• Knowledge of Info*Engine and Windchill integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with JSP/HTML client customization.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Windchill data model.
• Experience with Windchill upgrades and migrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Windchill customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with PLM functional consultants and engineers to translate requirements into Windchill solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and review designs to raise the bar in production quality.
• Communicate with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable Windchill outcomes.
