Vestas is seeking a Site Manager to oversee operations at a service site in Kansas. You will mentor a team, uphold safety, and ensure customer satisfaction while focusing on turbine performance.

You will lead safety initiatives, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and build strong client relationships to fulfill contractual commitments. This role demands English communication and willingness to travel to turbine locations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a related service field.
• Willingness to work at the service site and travel to turbine locations.
• Technical background in hydraulics or rotating heavy equipment is beneficial.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safety-focused site culture and drive safety performance.
• Develop and empower the team to operate and maintain wind turbine plants.
• Establish robust partnerships with clients to meet contractual commitments.
• Manage costs to meet budget targets for service contracts.
• Coordinate planned maintenance and diagnostics to improve turbine performance.
