Job summary

Nordex is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end wind project execution in the United States and Canada, from sales handover through commissioning and handover to Service.

You will partner with Commercial PM, Engineering, Sourcing, Legal, Finance and Site teams to protect safety, quality, margin and customer satisfaction while delivering complex, large-scale wind projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, PM, or related field.
• 10+ years in managing complex energy, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
• 8+ years in wind project management, construction, installation, or commissioning.
• Proven track record with customer governance, contract administration, and financial forecasting.
• Experience interacting with customer executives and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution governance across full lifecycle.
• Own integrated project performance balancing HSE, schedule, cost, margin.
• Serve as primary customer interface with executives, engineers, contractors, and internal leadership.
• Establish and maintain project controls, forecasts, and change management.
• Mentor project managers and cross-functional teams.
