Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality management across North American wind-energy projects. You will ensure turbine deliveries and installations meet customer specifications and Nordex standards, collaborating with Project Management, Manufacturing, Site Quality, and suppliers to address quality issues and enable successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Studies or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Quality Management, Construction Management, Manufacturing, or related technical environments.
• Experience with quality systems (ISO 9001, APQP) and quality improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality representative for customers throughout project execution.
• Develop and manage Project Quality Plans for North American projects.
• Monitor manufacturing quality deliverables and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Lead the management and resolution of significant non-conformities during transportation, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate customer audits and inspections during project execution.
• Support installation quality activities with on-site teams and ensure proper handover of documentation.
