Job summary

AMSOIL is seeking a Senior Lubrication and Reliability Engineer - Wind to bridge engineering and commercial teams, providing advanced guidance on wind turbine lubrication and related fluids, while supporting Industrial applications.

The role includes field support, project leadership, travel up to 50%, and collaboration with sales, product development, and service teams to drive drivetrain reliability and energy efficiency across wind applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field; degrees in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines may be considered.
• 5–10 years of wind industry experience including wind turbine applications, gearboxes, lubrication, hydraulics, or related technical applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support for wind turbine drivetrain and renewable energy applications, partnering with sales on business development opportunities.
• Answer customer questions, educate on wind turbine applications, product specifications, benefits, and proper lubricant use.
• Perform post-sale support including installation assistance and troubleshooting with customers, OEMs, and service teams.
• Analyze and interpret customer oil sample reports.
• Develop new products and processes for AMSOIL Industrial focused on wind turbine lubrication, grease, hydraulic, and renewable energy applications.
• Lead field trial tracking and reporting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and engineering information.
