Wilcox + Flegel is seeking a Reliability Services Technician I to support customers with lubrication equipment and services. This role involves hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lubrication systems, with travel to client sites.

Ideal candidates bring mechanical aptitude, basic lubrication knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills. The position offers growth opportunities within a safety‑driven, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with heavy/industrial equipment or lube products preferred.
• Background in petroleum or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On-site customer visits.
• Replace filters and breathers at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot lubrication equipment failures.
• Manage lubrication processes and contamination control.
• Collect and ship oil samples and communicate results.
• Some overnight travel is required.
