Job summary

Invenergy, LLC is seeking an O&M Manager to lead a team in the operation and maintenance of a simple-cycle facility. This role requires a strong background in power generation and team leadership, focusing on compliance and employee development.

Key responsibilities include managing safety efforts, developing budgets and compliance systems, and acting as the primary contact for community relations. A competitive salary and benefits package, including bonuses, are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the power generation industry.
• Knowledge of operations and maintenance practices associated with combustion turbines and auxiliaries.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an atmosphere of employee involvement and motivation.
• Direct activities to ensure compliance with laws and business practices.
• Manage expenditures within approved plans and budgets.
• Manage safety and emergency preparedness efforts.
