Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank seeks a Wholesale Relationship Manager for Business Banking in the Hampton Roads region to develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored financial solutions.

You will coordinate product specialists and guide across lending, treasury, capital, and advisory services, while managing the end-to-end client experience and portfolio performance in a risk-conscious environment.

Wholesale Relationship Management is responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining relationships with commercial and institutional clients to support their financial needs and drive growth across the organizations wholesale banking portfolio. Activities include:

• Identifying client opportunities
• Delivering tailored financial solutions
• Coordinating product specialists
• Providing guidance across lending, treasury, capital, and advisory services Responsibilities also include managing the end-to-end client experience, monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring strong credit and risk practices, and collaborating with internal partners to support efficient onboarding, servicing, and issue resolution.

Compensation

Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location, etc. The salary range for this role is $82,600--$148,700.
