Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a senior WFM leader to drive AI-informed capacity planning and strategic workforce alignment across Compliance and new product launches. This role requires executive communication and the ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable leadership narratives.

You will partner with Ops, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to optimize staffing while addressing regulatory readiness and cost considerations in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior Workforce Management, Operations, or Strategic Workforce Planning in financial services/fintech.
• Demonstrated stakeholder leadership across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Ops and CX leadership.
• Executive-level communication to distill complex workforce dynamics for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning and scenario modeling across Compliance lines and new product launches.
• Serve as the senior WFM voice with executive leadership, translating forecast risk and capacity tradeoffs into narratives for CX, Finance, and Compliance leaders.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Ops, Finance, Product, Legal, and Compliance to align on workforce priorities and regulatory planning.
• Develop and manage OpEx forecasts for Compliance Operations, including AI-driven productivity gains.
• Identify opportunities and drive initiatives from concept to execution in Compliance Operations.
