Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a senior WFM leader to shape how AI and human workforces scale in a fast-growing fintech. You will lead AI-informed capacity planning, build cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Ops, and translate complex workforce dynamics into clear narratives for executive leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in senior WFM or strategic workforce planning, with a track record of operating in regulated environments and driving data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior Workforce Management or strategic planning in fintech.
• Proven ability to influence across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Ops, and CX leadership.
• Executive-level communication for complex workforce dynamics and regulatory risk.
• Experience designing AI/automation-driven capacity models for back-office environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning and hybrid staffing models across Compliance and new product launches.
• Present forecast risks and capacity tradeoffs to CX, Finance, and Compliance leadership.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align workforce priorities and regulatory planning.
• Develop cost models and OpEx forecasts with AI-driven productivity gains.
• Drive data-driven business cases and secure cross-functional buy-in for initiatives.
• Oversee multi-scenario staffing plans balancing service levels, costs, and AI leverage.
• Extend WFM expertise to Risk, Programs, and Policy teams as a center of excellence.
• Brief senior leadership on WFM performance and regulatory readiness.
