You will present forecast risks and tradeoffs to executive leaders, shaping capacity decisions and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior Workforce Management, Operations, or Strategic Workforce Planning in regulated fintech.
• Ability to translate workforce dynamics into executive narratives.
• Experience with AI-informed capacity planning and multi-stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning and hybrid human-AI staffing strategies.
• Serve as senior WFM voice with executive leadership, delivering clear narratives.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Ops, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Develop cost models and OpEx forecasts for Compliance Operations with AI gains.
