Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workforce Management leader to shape AI-informed capacity, forecasting, and regulatory readiness across Compliance and new product launches.

You will translate complex dynamics into strategic narratives for CX, Finance, and Compliance leadership and lead cross-functional partnerships. You will own OpEx forecasts, drive multi-scenario staffing plans, and guide executive decision-making while expanding WFM across adjacent teams in a fast-growing fintech with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior Workforce Management or strategic workforce planning, including regulated operations.
• Experience driving workforce strategy in financial services or fintech.
• Executive-level communication to translate dynamics into clear narratives.
• Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling for complex back-office ops.
• Experience embedding AI/automation in staffing and capacity planning.
• Proven ability to influence across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning across Compliance and new product launches.
• Be the senior WFM voice with exec leadership; distill risks and tradeoffs into decision-ready narratives.
• Build partnerships across Ops, Finance, Product, Legal, and Compliance to align priorities.
• Develop and manage OpEx forecasts for Compliance Operations, including AI productivity gains.
• Identify opportunities and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
• Provide periodic briefings on WFM performance, capacity risk, and regulatory readiness.
• Extend WFM expertise to adjacent teams as a center of excellence.
• Brief senior leadership on capacity risk and strategic direction.
