Job summary

Meadow Lane Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee daily care staff in both assisted living and memory care settings. The role focuses on ensuring residents receive compassionate, personalized care and that care standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, a caregiving background such as CNA/LPN/RN, and the ability to coordinate scheduling, training, and safety checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with elderly population preferred.
• 2 years leadership experience.
• CNA/LPN/RN license or higher or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram-based instructions.
• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily care staff in assisted living and memory care.
• Lead rounds to ensure staff meet care standards and regulations.
• Assist with staffing schedules, replacements, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate training and onboarding of care staff.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
• Support continuous improvement and community health and safety initiatives.
