Job summary

WebMD Health Services is seeking a Senior Well-being Program Coordinator in Mesa, AZ. You will collaborate with client Health Promotion teams to boost engagement in onsite programs and WebMD products while traveling locally 2–3 days per week.

The role emphasizes health coaching, program planning, and service coordination to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Strong background in health promotion and population health is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in health-related fields required.
• Minimum 2 years in Wellness Coordination or similar health and wellness client-facing experience.
• Ability to travel to various client facilities as needed.
• Excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, and computer skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver health coaching in-person, telephonic, and virtual formats.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual well-being programs and events.
• Conduct client visits to support program promotion and employee engagement.
• Create exercise demonstration videos for internal communications.
• Develop wellness webinars and educational programs.
• Collaborate with client and WebMD teams to improve program delivery.
