Job summary

BakerRipley is seeking a Manager of Operations to oversee Senior Health and Wellness Centers, ensuring engaging programs across 8 wellness domains for older adults while maintaining compliance with funders’ requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of program management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AAA standards and contract compliance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Remains knowledgeable of contract and funding requirements; ensures compliance.
• Works with Senior Center Specialists to create engaging programming to increase attendance.
• Supervises Senior Center Specialists; sets performance expectations and conducts reviews.
• Provides troubleshooting and problem-solving support for day-to-day operations.
• Schedules site inspections and ensures meals and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Represents BakerRipley’s Senior Health and Wellness Centers to agencies and community partners.
