Job summary

Cano Health LLC is seeking a Wellness Program Coordinator to develop, implement and deliver daily wellness activities at the Wellness Center for a senior population. This role welcomes members, ensures a safe, enjoyable experience, and facilitates health and recreational programs in a patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities include planning curriculums, maintaining attendance, and coordinating with local partners while upholding safety policies and Waiver sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BLS, CPR/AED certifications for safety.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required for patient interaction.
• Experience in recreation, fitness facilities or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily wellness activities at the Wellness Center.
• Greet members and ensure a safe, enjoyable visit.
• Coordinate classes, track attendance, and maintain inventory.
• Collaborate with local partners to expand programs.
• Ensure safety guidelines and waivers are followed.
