BakerRipley in Houston seeks a Senior Health and Wellness Operations Manager to lead programs across Senior Health and Wellness Centers, ensuring engaging wellness programming for older adults while maintaining compliance with AAA standards.

You will supervise Senior Center Specialists, drive staff development, ensure program compliance, and coordinate with partner organizations to enhance community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of program management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems.
• Valid Texas drivers license upon hire.
• Certified Professional Food Manager and Food Safety Manager Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Senior Health and Wellness Centers provide engaging, holistic wellness programming across 8 domains.
• Supervise Senior Center Specialists; set performance expectations and conduct reviews.
• Ensure AAA contract compliance through site visits and required postings.
• Coordinate compliance documentation for annual audits with Systems and Data teams.
• Schedule site inspections in line with AAA requirements and manage meals/supplies orders.
• Represent BakerRipleys Senior Health and Wellness Centers at meetings with partner organizations.
• Foster staff development, mentorship, and a collaborative, proactive culture.
