Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with State Licensing Authority.
• Relevant experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care Settings.
• Ability to work with a high-functioning, empowered team.
• Compassion, kindness, and collaboration with elders and families.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise Wellness Department staff with accountability for performance.
• Create staffing schedules meeting state guidelines and handling time-off/overtime.
• Enforce policies and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate elder service plans from move-in to move-out per state regs and policy.
• Lead the Quality Assurance program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform licensed nurse tasks and medication passes as allowed by state law.
• Coordinate care with therapy, home health, and hospice providers.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines for the Wellness Department.
