Job summary

You will ensure engaging programming across 8 wellness domains, maintain compliance with funders and AAA standards, and provide proactive leadership to Senior Center Specialists.

The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with program and support teams, and driving positive staff culture while solving problems and managing day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of program management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client management systems.
• Valid Texas driver's license upon hire.
• Certified Professional Food Manager and Food Safety Manager Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with AAA standards and funding requirements.
• Create innovative programming to increase attendance at sites.
• Supervise Senior Center Specialists and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Provide troubleshooting and day-to-day operational support.
• Coordinate site inspections and ensure compliance documentation is prepared.
