Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a compassionate Wellness Director to lead wellness and health programs at our assisted living facility. You will design and oversee services to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents.

You will manage a team, coordinate personalized care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and staff to promote engagement and high-quality care. Experience in geriatric care and related certifications are preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of geriatric care, and a passion for promoting the well-being of our residents.

1. 1. Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate wellness programs that address the physical, mental, and emotional health needs of residents.
2. 2. Resident Care Coordination: Oversee the development and monitoring of personalized care plans, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

• Proven experience in a healthcare or assisted living environment, with a focus on wellness or health services.
