Job summary

Cano Health LLC is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to develop and implement engaging wellness activities for senior patients. You will lead programs in the wellness center and ensure a positive experience for all members.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, relevant experience, and certifications in BLS and CPR/AED. This role requires creativity, strong relationship skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

The position may require some travel to assigned clinics, and the candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in recreation or customer service.
• Ability to lift at least 35 pounds and set up equipment.
• Experience in activity or event planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead wellness activities for Cano Health patients.
• Greet and interact with wellness center visitors.
• Educate on fitness center rules and ensure waivers are signed.

Education

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
