Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering for welding and laser processing.
• Experience leading automation and capital equipment projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvement of welding, laser processing, and automated manufacturing processes.
• Serve as SME for process capability, readiness, and automation strategy.
• Develop manufacturing standards, procedures, and lessons learned.
• Own and govern manufacturing programs and data systems.
• Mentor engineers and production staff.
