Qualifications

• Must have extensive welding knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in FCAW, GMAW and SMAW welding processes.
• Ability to read and follow complex blueprints and specs.
• Certified in multiple NDT procedures and processes.
• High attention to quality, safety, and production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex welding tasks on stainless steel, aluminum, and ductile iron.
• Oversee welding quality control to ensure standards are met.
• Inspect work, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor Level I and II welders with technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and department leads for efficient production.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in welding areas.
