Mesh is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Web3) to design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems spanning frontend, backend, and on‑chain components. You will own end-to-end features, lead wallet integrations, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver scalable, secure payments infrastructure. This hybrid role requires strong Web3 fundamentals and a drive to shape platform scale.

Hubs in San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore support in‑person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional full-stack Web3 engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems.
• Own end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and on-chain components.
• Lead design and implementation of wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration.
• Collaborate with product, design, and external teams to translate requirements.
• Improve reliability, security, and performance of distributed systems.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Influence roadmap and lead large-scale technical initiatives.
