Mesh, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Web3) to design, build, and maintain its Web3 payment infrastructure, including wallet connections and on-chain/off-chain interactions. The role involves end-to-end ownership across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, with collaboration across North America, Europe, and India.

You will work with product and design to translate ambiguous requirements into robust solutions, improve reliability and security, and mentor

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional Full-stack Web3 experience across frontend, backend and on-chain components.
• Hands-on wallet connectivity, dApp development, blockchain RPCs, indexing, and on/off-chain payment flows.
• Knowledge of DeFi primitives and how they work in real systems.
• Experience with modern frontend or backend stacks and Solidity.
• Bonus: Solana Anchor, SVM, or Solana Web3.js.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by real customers and assets at scale.
• Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components.
• Lead design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration.
• Partner closely with product, design, and external teams to turn ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Improve system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain components.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices, architecture reviews, and technical direction.
• Influence the roadmap, lead large-scale technical initiatives, and amplify impact across teams.
