Job summary

Mesh is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Web3) to design, build, and maintain its Web3 payment infrastructure. You will own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, integrating wallet connections and on-chain/off-chain flows, and collaborating across North America, Europe, and India.

The role emphasizes security, reliability, and performance in production-grade systems, with mentorship and leadership across teams. Hybrid work is expected with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer, owning frontend, backend and on-chain components.
• Hands-on Web3 experience: wallet connectivity, dApp development, on-chain/off-chain flows.
• Strong understanding of DeFi primitives and modern frontend/backend stacks.
• Experience with TypeScript/React/Redux, Node.js/Go/C#, Solidity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems at scale.
• Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components.
• Lead complex workflows with wallets, transactions and settlements.
• Partner with product/design/external teams to turn requirements into solutions.
• Improve reliability, security, and performance of distributed systems.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices and architectural direction.
• Influence roadmap and drive large-scale technical initiatives.
