Job summary

Mesh seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Web3) to design, build, and maintain our Web3 payment infrastructure. You’ll own features end‑to‑end across frontend, backend, and on‑chain components, connecting wallets, signing flows, and on‑chain interactions for real customers.

Collaborate with Product and Design to transform ambiguous requirements into robust solutions. You’ll work across North America, Europe, and India with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and performance in a distributed

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full‑stack Web3 engineering experience in production.
• Hands‑on with wallet connectivity, dApp development, RPCs, and on/off‑chain flows.
• Familiar with DeFi primitives and real‑world systems.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (TypeScript, React, Redux) or backend APIs (C#, Node.js, Go, Java).
• Bonus: Solana Anchor programs, SVM, or Solana Web3.js.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production‑grade Web3 systems used by customers at scale.
• Own features end‑to‑end across frontend, backend, and on‑chain components.
• Lead design and implementation of workflows involving wallets, transactions, and settlements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and external teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Improve reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on‑chain components.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and architecture reviews.
• Influence roadmap and lead large‑scale technical initiatives.
