Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading web strategy, digital experience, UX, or product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define audience journeys across the site to guide discovery, learning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Connect navigation, information architecture, and cross-product storytelling across products and use cases.
• Guide content and storytelling with Content and Creative to improve understanding at each stage of the journey.
• Connect self-service and human support, enabling easy exploration or contact with the right OpenAI team when needed.
• Turn strategy into shipped work with journey maps, briefs, and wireframes, partnering on long-term roadmaps.
• Improve journeys over time using research, visitor behavior, and experimentation to close gaps.
